Who pays CareAvan's fees?

If you are being transported to a facility that we are currently contracted to provide transport services, the facility will pick up the cost of our service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept check, cash, money orders and most major credit cards.

Who do I call to confirm, change or cancel my scheduled transportation?

Call CareAvan at 713-944-5000 during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-5:00PM) or after hours if needed.

May I have a family member or caregiver travel with me at no additional charge?
