(We require 24-48 Hours notice to cancel a trip. If you have a Monday or Friday trip,
you are required to call during our office hours Monday thru Friday by 4:00PM.)

To Book a transport we require 24 to 48 hours notice and
one week on holidays and after hours runs.
A major credit card is required for all non-contract clients to book a transport.
|
|
|
|
|
A $15.00 processing fee will be charged to your credit card for canceling a transport the same day as the transport. A $10.00 fee will be charged if we add on a patient or client the same day. If a transport is over 50 miles one way, there will be a $1.50 dead mile added.
